Best of all, our family programming and youth clubs are all complimentary, giving parents their own time to shine. Kids of all ages 3-17 can find their happy place thanks to our complimentary youth programmes - Splash Academy and Entourage. Alongside our well-trained staff, your children will experience a wide range of exciting activities with kids and teens their own age. And whilst they're having the time of their lives, you can too, knowing they're in a safe and supervised environment. NOTE: Guppies drop off is not available. Operational hours are subject to change without advance notice per shipboard health and safety protocols. Splash Academy and Entourage services are offered on a first come, first served basis and require an onboard registration. We recommend you board as early as possible and register with the Youth Programmes Staff either at Splash Academy or Entourage facilities.

The reason there's a fixed service charge is an important one: Our Crew (as are the crew from other lines) are encouraged to work together as a team. Staff members including complimentary restaurant staff, stateroom stewards and behind-the-scenes support staff are compensated by a combination of salary and incentive programmes that your service charge supports. For bookings made on or after January 1, 2023: $25.00 USD per person per day for The Haven and Suites;$20.00 USD per person per day for Club Balcony Suite and below;
